The National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) has announced 29 recipients of the 2013 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Awards for the award period from April 2012 through March 2013.
Twenty-nine boat and engine manufacturers were recognized for excellence in customer satisfaction as part of the NMMA’s CSI program, including 21 that build their products in the Heartland.
The recipients were acknowledged September 17 at the 2013 International BoatBuilders’ Exhibition & Conference (IBEX) in Louisville, Ky.
“Customer satisfaction is critical to the success and growth of the recreational boating industry and its CSI award recipients that set the bar on delivering an exceptional customer experience,” notes Robert Newsome, director of engineering standards for NMMA. “We applaud and thank these 29 manufacturers for their commitment to enhancing the boating lifestyle.”
